Attorney

Katie grew up in Highland County, Ohio and attended Greenfield McClain High School where she graduated in 2009. 


Katie is a general practitioner with a focus on Civil Litigation, Real Estate Transactions and Disputes, Corporate Business Development, Negotiations, Contracts and Estate Planning. 


Katie received her bachelor’s degree in History Pre-law from Ohio University in 2012 before attending the University of Cincinnati for law school, ultimately graduating with her juris doctorate degree in 2016. 


Katie started her legal career in Clermont County, Ohio as an assistant prosecuting attorney until moving back to the area she grew up in back in 2018.  In 2018 she became an Assistant Prosecutor with the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office and has been a felony prosecutor in that office ever since.  Earlier this year, in January 2023, Katie accepted the position of Chief Deputy Assistant Prosecutor and currently serves under the elected prosecutor for the county. 


Katie practices throughout Southern Ohio, with a focus in Clinton, Highland, Fayette, Greene, Adams, Warren, Butler, Brown, and Clermont counties.
