Andrew practices law with a focus on Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Transactions and Disputes and Civil Litigation.


Andrew graduated from Wilmington High School; obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ohio University and graduated cum laude from University of Dayton Law School.


Andrew joined the firm, Peelle McCoy Wilkin & Moyer in 2010.  Andrew is also currently the Elected Clinton County Prosecuting Attorney since 2020. Previously the Chief Deputy Clinton County Prosecuting Attorney from 2010 through 2020 and Partner at Peelle McCoy Wilkin & Moyer 2020 to present.


Andrew currently practices in Clinton, Highland, Fayette, Warren, Montgomery, Butler, Hamilton, Greene, and other Southwestern Counties in Ohio.
