Jeffrey graduated from St. Henry District High School; obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a special focus on data analytics and graduated Cum Laude from Northern Kentucky University. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2025.

Jeffrey practices law with a focus on Trust and Estate Planning, Municipal Law, Tenant Matters and General Practice. 

Jeffrey joined the firm, Peelle Law Offices Co., L.P.A., in 2025.

Jeffrey currently practices in Clinton, Highland, Fayette, Warren, Montgomery, Butler, Hamilton, Greene and other Southwestern Counties in Ohio.
